Organic sona masoori is the same everyday South Indian rice grown without synthetic pesticides and certified as such.
The cooking is identical. The difference is what happened in the field, not in the pot.
Rinse well, cook it soft, and use it exactly as you would the conventional bag. Sambar, rasam, curd rice, pongal, lemon rice. Worth it if organic matters to your household and not worth agonising over if it does not.
